I have a problem paying with my debit/credit card. What’s wrong?
Our payments are processed by Alpha e-commerce Online . If for any reason you cannot complete your payment you must first check if you have completed all necessary fields and you have entered your cards information correctly. If you still have a problem completing the payment, you must contact your card issuer directly. Youtrasfers.gr does not provide support for this kind of issue.
I do not have a credit/debit card. Is there any other payment method?
Unfortunately there isn’ t. You must have a credit/debit card in order to complete your booking.
I cannot find my desired location. What do I do?
If you cannot find your location in the drop down menu, Â please contact us and we will guide you through.
Which documents do I have to carry with me?
In allÂ circumstances you must remember to have your transport voucher (preferably in two copies) with you. Without your voucher, Â you risk missingÂ your transfer.
I missed my transport voucher. How can I retrieve it?
In order to retrieve your voucher please contact us and we will resend it to you.
Are pets and other animals allowed in your taxis?
Pets and animals are not generally allowed, but some exceptions can be made. Â Â Prior to booking your transfer,Â e-mail us atÂ Â firstname.lastname@example.org providing more details and we will notify you if we can carry your pet.
I want to cancel my booking. How can I do that?
Unfortunately you cannot. You can, though, change the date or time of your transfer according to our availability without any extra charge. To do that please contact us as soon as possible.

You can change the date or time of your transfer according to our availability without any extra charge. To do that please contact us as soon as possible.
What do I do if I want to amend the pick-up/drop-off location?
If you have booked another accommodation in the same area, you do not need to amend your booking. If, though, you want to select a totally different location you must contact us immediately.Â Â Possible charges may apply according to the location.
Do I have to inform you if my group includesÂ an infant or child requiring a special seat?
Absolutely yes! You must inform us in order to have baby seats in the car.
I am bringing many large pieces of luggage.Â Â Do I need to inform you?
Yes you must. If you have more pieces of luggageÂ than the usual (1 large checked bag per customer), they might not be able to fit in one taxi and a second vehicle will be required to transport your luggage.Â You must inform us as soon as possible, describing the number and dimensions of your luggages.
Can you carry my sports/music equipment?
Due toÂ limited trunk/cargo space, Â prior toÂ your booking please contact informing us about the type ofÂ equipment and its size and dimensions.Â In all circumstances, youtransfers.gr is NOT responsible for any damage to your equipment
Is eating and drinking allowed in the taxi?
With the exception of water, eating and drinking is not allowed in the taxi.
Is there anything else to know about my safety?
Yes. The most important thing is to keep your seat fastened at all times. Â Â Moreover, you will not be allowed to enter the vehicle if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.
